Terms of Service

1. Overview

Subtrakr is a web-based subscription and recurring expense management tool available at tracker.subtrakr.app.

The Service allows individuals and businesses to track and manage their recurring expenses and subscriptions in one place.

2. Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree not to share your account with others or use another user's account without permission.

Users on paid plans may invite additional users. You are responsible for any actions taken by users invited under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Payments

Subtrakr offers a free tier and paid subscription tiers.

Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe on either a monthly or yearly basis (with a 20% discount on yearly plans).

You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from the Subtrakr dashboard.

All fees are charged in accordance with the pricing displayed at the time of purchase.

Taxes, if applicable, will be added as required by law.

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable.

Once a payment is processed, no refunds will be issued for partial use, downgrades, or unused time.

You may cancel your subscription at any time (see Section 5); access will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your subscription directly through the Subtrakr dashboard at any time.

After cancellation, your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period, after which your account will revert to the free tier or be deactivated.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in unlawful activity.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or copy the Service's source code.
• Use the Service in a manner that could damage, disable, or impair it.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including termination, if these rules are violated.

7. Service Availability and Modifications

We provide the Service on a best-effort basis. While we strive for high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We may modify, update, or discontinue parts of the Service at any time without prior notice.

If a significant change affects your paid plan, we will notify you by email or through the app.

8. Data Ownership and Privacy

You retain ownership of all data and content you add to your Subtrakr account ("User Data").

We process and store User Data solely to operate and improve the Service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for ensuring that your data and use of the Service comply with applicable laws, including data protection and financial regulations.

We may analyze anonymized or aggregated data to improve the Service and develop new features.

9. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in Subtrakr, including its software, design, and original content, are owned by Nodim.

Logos, trademarks, and brand names of third-party subscription providers (such as Netflix, Disney+, Max, Spotify, and others) that may appear within the Service are the property of their respective owners.

These are displayed solely for identification purposes to help users recognize their subscriptions.

Subtrakr is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to any of these providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service as intended under these Terms.

You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of Subtrakr without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business; or
• Any amount exceeding the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Use of the Service is at your own risk and provided "as is" and "as available".

11. Financial Disclaimer

Subtrakr provides tools to help you monitor and understand your recurring expenses.

We are not financial advisors, accountants, or tax consultants, and the information presented by the Service should not be interpreted as financial advice.

You are solely responsible for decisions made based on data or insights from Subtrakr.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make significant changes, we will notify you by email or via the Service.

Your continued use of Subtrakr after the new Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of them.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through arbitration in Hungary, conducted in English.
