By subscribing to or using Subtrakr, you agree to this policy as part of our Terms of Service.
Subtrakr offers both free and paid subscription tiers.
Free-tier users can use the Service indefinitely without charge.
Paid subscriptions provide access to additional features and are billed via Stripe, our payment processor.
This policy explains how you can cancel your paid subscription and what to expect regarding refunds.
All payments for Subtrakr subscriptions are processed securely through Stripe.
We do not collect or store any credit card or payment details directly — Stripe manages all sensitive payment data in compliance with PCI DSS standards.
Subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly, depending on the plan selected.
Yearly plans include a 20% discount compared to monthly billing.
All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless cancelled before the renewal date.
All payments made to Subtrakr are non-refundable.
This includes partial subscription periods, downgrades, or unused time remaining after cancellation.
If you believe a charge was made in error or duplicated, please contact Stripe Support directly, as refunds (if eligible) are managed solely through Stripe's payment system.

You can cancel your paid subscription at any time in one of two ways:
Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, after which:
You can downgrade from a paid plan to the free plan at any time.
Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
All paid subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
You are responsible for managing your own cancellation before renewal if you do not wish to continue your subscription.
Subtrakr does not offer prorated or partial refunds for unused portions of a subscription period.
If you cancel mid-cycle, access continues until the end of the paid term, and no credit or refund is provided.
